Declarations
:
: This study was approved by the Ethics in Research Committee of the Federal University of São Paulo (protocol number 0573/2019).
: Not Applicable.
: It was a study mainly based on medical records. We tried to contact all patients to obtain their consent for the data to be used. However, the telephone numbers and addresses in the registries were not valid anymore for most older cases. Informed consent was obtained from the patients we were able to contact directly. All records were anonymized before analysis. The waiver of informed consent for ancient patients that we have not been able to contact has been approved by the ethics committee.
