: The caregivers’ participation in the current study was voluntary, and they were provided with clear information about the study’s objectives and the confidentiality of their information from the beginning. Data analysis and publication were conducted anonymously, in strict adherence to ethical considerations. Both written and verbal informed consent were obtained from all participants. All procedures were conducted in accordance with the autonomy of both patients and their family caregivers. This study received approval from the Biomedical Research Ethics Council of Shahroud University of Medical Sciences under the ethical code IR.SHMU.REC.1401.218. Furthermore, the authors followed the principles of the Committee on Ethics in Publication (COPE) when publishing the findings. It’s also worth noting that the content of the intervention was subsequently implemented in the control group after the completion of the study.
