: This study was conducted in line with National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) and Health Research Authority (HRA) guidelines. There were no experiments performed on humans or with human tissue. Ethical approval is not required according to Health Research Authority under paragraph 2.3.14 of UK policy document GAfREC (governance arrangements for research ethics committees) last updated and published on 20 July 2021. All participants gave their informed consent by completing the electronic survey as explained in the introduction of the survey. The electronic system does not allow submission of partially completed surveys. In the introduction of the survey the study aim and the rationale were explained, and the participants were advised that they would be giving their consent to participate in this study by completing the survey. The responses are anonymous.
