: JBZ, RCG, EPT, AVPV, and LCAG are full-time employees of EsSalud, serving as nephrologists at the Nephrology Department, Hospital Edgardo Rebagliati Martins, and the National Center of Renal Health in Lima, Peru. PSB was an associated researcher at the Instituto de Evaluación de Tecnologías en Salud e Investigación (IETSI), EsSalud, and has received consultancy fees from EsSalud. EJCP served as an associated researcher and Deputy Manager at IETSI, EsSalud. DDO was a full-time employee of EsSalud during the initial phases of the study.
