: This retrospective study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and approved by the Ethics Committee of Sahloul University Hospital of Sousse (Reference number: HS 16-2025). Individual patient consent was not required, as the study relied exclusively on anonymized data extracted from medical records. This is in accordance with Tunisian legislation, specifically the “Arrêté du Ministre de la Santé du 13 janvier 2015”, which exempts retrospective studies using anonymized data from requiring informed consent when approved by an ethics committe. All authors approved the manuscript and gave their consent for submission and publication.
