: This study received approval from the Ethics Committee of Guizhou Provincial People’s Hospital (Approval Reference number: Lunshen (Scientific Research) No. 2025–006; Approval Date: January 22, 2025). Due to its retrospective design, lack of intervention measures, minimal risk to participants, and reliance solely on routinely collected clinical data, the ethics committee waived the requirement for written informed consent.
