: This retrospective cohort study was conducted using anonymized data from the DeSC claims database (Tokyo, Japan). According to the Japanese Ethical Guidelines for Medical and Biological Research Involving Human Subjects, the use of fully anonymized secondary data is exempt from Institutional Review Board approval and informed consent.
