: The study was assessed and approved by the Department of Innovation and Research at Vestfold Hospital Trust as quality-assurance research. In accordance with Norwegian regulations and this institutional determination, approval from the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics (REK) was not required; the local REK committee acknowledged this assessment. Because the dataset used in this study was fully anonymized, the requirement for individual informed consent was waived. The project was also registered with NSD (now Sikt – the Norwegian Agency for Shared Services in Education and Research).
