: This study was part of the HEALICS follow up study. The HEALICS follow up study was deemed not to fall within the scope of the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (in Dutch: Wet medisch-wetenschappelijk onderzoek met mensen, WMO), approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of the UMCG, The Netherlands (METc2020/405) and registered under trial registration number NCT04502511. The HEALICS incorporates biobank data, which was also deemed not to fall within the scope of the Dutch Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act and approved by the Central Ethics review Board of the UMCG, The Netherlands (2021/00373). Informed consent was obtained from all subjects and/or their legal guardian(s) in the form of defered consent. This study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
