: The case report was written and conceived in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Since in Serbia, Rituximab is not registered for the indication of treatment of primary glomerulonephritis and systemic diseases, the Ethical Committee of Clinical Hospital Centre Zemun approved off-label use of drug (number of ethical approval 86/1). Patient provided written informed consent before administration of the drug (number of informed consent 61/1).
