: The prospective cohort study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University (Approval No. 2023-KY-083-02). Written informed consent to participate was obtained from all participants prior to enrollment in the prospective cohort. The present secondary analysis, together with the retrospective validation cohort, was approved by the Ethics Committee of Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University (Approval No. 2025-KY-263-01). For the retrospective validation cohort, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the Ethics Committee because the study design was retrospective and noninterventional.
