Ethical approval was obtained from the Institutional Ethics Committee of Kasturba Medical College and Kasturba Hospital, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (IEC No: 226/2024; approval date: 10 April 2023). Given the retrospective nature of the study and the use of de-identified data, the ethics committee waived the requirement for individual informed consent.
