The Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Rwanda Military and Teaching Hospital (RMTH) reviewed this submission and determined that it meets the criteria for exemption from full ethical approval, as it describes a single clinical case without experimental intervention (ref: 549/RMTH/COMDT/2026). Written informed consent for participation and for publication of clinical details and radiological images was obtained from the patient prior to submission.
