Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study protocol received ethical approval from the Ministry of Health (MOH) Aseer Branch / Aseer IRB (IRB No.: F7-2-2025; approval date: 16 April 2025; category: Full Board). Informed consent was waived by the IRB due to the retrospective design and use of de-identified routinely collected clinical and microbiology data, with no direct patient contact and minimal risk to participants.
