: To protect the rights and welfare of subjects, this clinical investigation is being conducted in conformance with the Good Clinical Practice ICH E6 guideline. Also, this study is being conducted in compliance with the Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects, as defined in the Declaration of Helsinki (version amended in October 2013), the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act, and the European General Data Protection Regulation. The Commissie Mensgebonden Onderzoek Region Arnhem-Nijmegen (reference number 2016–2934; NL59694.091.17) approved the study protocol and communication materials. Written informed consent is obtained before subjecting a participant to any study procedure.
