: The clinical protocol was developed and was implemented and registered in compliance with the guidelines of the Institute of Public Health of Chile (ISPCh) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Ethics Committee, the International Council for Harmonization guidelines for Good Clinical Practice with applicable local regulations, and the ethical principles contained in the Helsinki Declaration. The study was submitted to and approved by Institute of Public Health of Chile (ISPCh) and the Pontificia Universidad Católica Ethics Committee. All the patients provided written informed consent.
