Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by our institution ethics review board: the Singhealth Centralised Institutional Review Board, number 2016/2802. A waiver of consent was obtained in view of the retrospective nature of the study. The ethics review board granted the study team members to access the raw data of the patients electronically, through the hospital medical records system. The data obtained for this study was retrospective and was part of the patient’s routine clinical care.
