Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study received approval from the ethics commission (application number EA1/131/17). This process involved consulting the data protection department of the Charité. Since only anonymous data was received and analysed in this study, the data protection department informed the ethics commission that administrative permission from the data protection department to access the raw data was not necessary. The out-patient therapists gave written signed confirmation that they destroyed any link to information that could identify patients before handing out the collected data towards the study center. Similarly, informed consent was not obtained as information was collected anonymously.
