: Ethical approval for this study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Gondar (Dated: 25/03/2020; IRB No. 1955/03/2020). Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. Those patients who were found to have a clinical diagnosis of depression were linked to psychiatric clinic for further evaluation and treatment.
