: Ethical clearance was obtained from the Bahir Dar University College of medicine and health sciences Ethical Review Committee (Meeting No.: Expedia/2023, Protocol number: 838/2023). A support letter was sent to TGCSH and FHCSH. Names were not used in collecting the data from the medical files. Confidentiality was maintained by keeping the data collection forms locked in a secure cabinet and the electronic data file was kept securely in a password-protected computer.
