: This study is part of a larger research project that was reported to the National Committee on Health Research Ethics. According to Danish regulations, it was determined that no formal approval was required (SJ-971 (anm.nr. 88070) EMN-2022-00118). The study was reported to and approved by the institutional review board at Zealand University Hospital (Data and Development support, Research inventory, REG-160-2021) and conducted in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
