: This retrospective study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University (Approval Number: 2023-LCYJ-XS-23). Informed consent for the potential use of anonymized clinical data in future research was obtained from the patients or their legal representatives during their initial hospitalization, as part of the standardized admission process.
