Declarations
:
: All volunteers gave written informed consent before participating in study assessments, and the study was conducted in accordance with the Helsinki Declaration of 1975. In the AIBL study, participants who were unable to provide informed consent at the initial visit were not enrolled. For longitudinal subjects who later became incapable of providing consent, continued participation was permitted based on the consent of a study partner, such as an immediate family member (spouse or child) or a legal guardian. The AIBL study was approved by the Hollywood Private Hospital Human Research Ethics Committee (HPH215) and the Edith Cowan University Human Research Ethics Committee (1878 Martins).
