: The study was performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and followed the principles of the Helsinki Declaration of 1964 and subsequent revisions. The research was submitted to the Pearl Institutional Review Board, study protocol number #22-ADRW-162.Using a checkbox, caregivers provided informed consent to take part in the survey. Data were collected in such a way that patients, caregivers and physicians could not be identified directly. Data related to physicians, caregivers and people with DMD were pseudo-anonymized. A code was assigned when data were collected. Upon receipt by ARW, data were pseudo-anonymized again to mitigate against tracing them back to the individual. Data were aggregated before being shared with the subscriber and/or for publication.
