: This study was approved by the Ethical Committee of the Afghanistan Center for Epidemiological Studies (Ref: #23.1.071). At the outset, participants were fully informed about the objectives and procedures of the study. Written informed consent was obtained from all literate participants, while verbal informed consent was secured from those who were illiterate.
