: This study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University (JD-LK-2020-079-01). All the patients have been informed and signed informed consent before the experiments. The research was conducted in full accordance with the ethical principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (World Medical Association, first adopted in 1964 and subsequent amendments), including but not limited to: priority given to participants’ health and well-being, fully informed consent process, and risk-benefit analysis.
