: This study was reviewed and approved by the Ethics Committee of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University (Approval No.: Yi Lun Shen [2025] IIT No. (44); date of approval: July 25, 2025). As a retrospective observational study utilizing existing clinical data and archived thrombus specimens obtained during routine clinical practice from September 2022 to December 2024, ethical approval was obtained prior to the initiation of data analysis, in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki and national regulations for retrospective research.
