The study was not applicable for Brown University Human Research Protection Program institutional review board (IRB) review. Ethics approval was deemed unnecessary for this case series in accordance with national guidelines, as it involved only retrospective analysis of de-identified clinical information.All patient data were fully anonymized prior to analysis to ensure confidentiality.
