: This study was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. The main trial was registered in the Iranian registry of clinical trials (IRCT20181109041598N2, 15, 11, 20), and the study was approved by the Human Subjects Ethics Committee of the Shiraz University of Medical Science (IR.SUMS.REC.1400.655, 6, 12, 2021). All adult participants have been deemed capable of ethically and medically consenting to their participation in the research presented in this manuscript. All participants voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed a consent participation form, indicating their willingness to take part without the need for a guardian or representative. All methods were carried out in accordance with CONSORT guidelines and regulations.
