: This study was conducted in accordance with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki. The data for this study were obtained from inpatient medical records of Neurology Department No. 2 at the National Hospital of the Kyrgyz Republic. All records were provided by the hospital with personal identifiers removed. The study protocol was reviewed and approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Korea University (IRB No. KUIRB-2025-0310-02). As this study involves a de-identified, secondary data analysis, the requirement for informed consent was waived by the IRB.
