Ethics approval and consent to participate: The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (approval code: IR.SUMS.MED.REC.1400.519). At the time of hospital admission, patients provided general written consent for the use of their anonymized clinical information for research purposes.
