The Research Ethics Committee of Xingtai People’s Hospital (approval No. 2025-090) approved this retrospective study. After approval, clinical data routinely collected during patient care (December 2023–May 2025) were extracted from the hospital’s electronic medical records and analyzed. The committee waived the requirement for informed consent due to the retrospective design and anonymization.
