Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The interviewer explained the purposes of the research, voluntary participation, confidentiality of records, and that the participants may stop the interview at any time. The interviewer was unfamiliar with the participants and the quotes were anonymously recorded. Following participant’s approval to be involved in the interviews and focus group sessions, their written consent, to record the interview was also obtained. The Research Ethics Committee of Tehran University of Medical Sciences with the code of IR.TUMS.REC.1394.855 granted ethical approval.
