: Ethical approval to conduct the study was obtained from the Institutional Review Board of International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh (icddr,b) (Protocol Number: PR 14024). Written and informed consent was sought from each study participant before commencement of the interview. The participation was voluntary and no compensation was paid for participating in the study.
