: The Charité Ethics Committee I, Berlin, approved the study (approval dated 18 February 2009; reference EA1/235/08) for the participating hospitals. Only anonymised data were processed. However, each person interviewed in the original study gave written informed consent for the two time points of interviews: on admission to the delivery room (T1) and on the second or third day postpartum in the maternity wards (T2).
