Ethics approval and consent to participate
: This study and its materials have been reviewed and approved by the Tufts Medical Center Institutional Review Board (Approval #12046). The Institutional Review Board approved verbal rather than written consent to limit creation of materials that could identify participants. Consent was obtained prior to each interview and was documented on the audio-recording by verbal confirmation of each participant after she was read the informed consent form and was able to discuss it with the interviewer. Participants were assured that information they provided would be used for academic purposes and that privacy and confidentiality would be ensured.
