: Obtained verbal consent for publication from the mother of the deceased patient. The mother of the deceased patient lives in a rural area with poor transport facilities. While we were able to get consent for the post mortem at the time the patients’ death, we could only get informed verbal consent over the phone for the publication as she was unable to travel to give written consent. She was also unable to scan and send a written consent form.
