: The authors confirm that the study received ethical approval by the Institutional Review Board of the Department of Psychology of the University of Basel as well as the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Ethics Sub-Committee of the University of Warwick (158/17–18) date of approval: 25 September 2018 and complies with the standards of the Declaration of Helsinki (World Medical Association, 2011). Study participants provided informed consent before they were enrolled in the study.
