: Ethical clearance was obtained from the institutional Review Board of the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Buea (ref. N<sup>o</sup> 2019/887–01/UB/SG/IRB/FHS), and administrative authorization was granted by the Directorate of the DGH, Cameroon (ref. N<sup>o</sup> 090 AR/MINSANTE/HGD/DM/O2/19). The need for informed consent was officially waived by the ethics committee due to the retrospective design of the study and anonymous nature of the data collection process.
