Ethics approval and consent to participate
: In order to comply with the ethical requirements of the institution at which the doctoral candidature took place, ethics approval for this research project was sought and gained from the Western Sydney University Human Research Ethics Committee (Approval Number: H8248) through the submission of a <i>National Ethics Application Form</i> (NEAF). The above stated authors were all included in and approved by the committee at the time of candidature.Consent obtained from participants was written. Written consent was obtained at time of interview for those interviewed face to face. Participants who were interviewed remotely, first gave verbal consent which was audio recorded along with the interview. These participants were asked to also submit a written consent.
