: Institutional review board approval was granted by the Ghana Health Service (GHS/DGS/K-6/18 September 2017) and Wake Forest University Health Sciences (IRB00035072). This study qualified for expedited review as there was no more than minimal risk to human subjects and met criteria for a waiver of written (signed) consent according to 45 CFR 46.117 per Wake Forest University Health Sciences. The process for obtaining patient verbal consent was approved by the Wake Forest University Institutional Review Board and verbal consent was obtained for all patients that were interviewed.
