: This study was approved by the local (Clinical Academic Center, 2CA-Braga, decision meeting 05/01/2018; Braga Hospital, Ref 16/2018), (Regional Health Authority-North, Ref 65/2018) and national authorities (National Institute of Health, decision meeting 12/02/2019; National Commission of Data Protection, Ref 11200/2017).
