: The Dutch Institutional Review Board of the VU Medical University Center Amsterdam has approved the RCT study (with reference number: 2018.255) embedded in the cohort study including the hair cortisol concentration (HCC) and qualitative sub-studies (additional positive approval number NL64740.029.18). The Dutch Institutional Review Board of the VU Medical University Center Amsterdam is registered with the US Office for Human Research Protections as IRB00002991 and its FWA number is FWA00017598. Women participating in the RCT, cohort-study, HCC, and qualitative sub-studies, will be asked to provide written informed consent.
