Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was obtained from the Medical Research and Ethics Committee Ministry of Health Malaysia (MREC) with the ID: NMRR-15-786-24865. Permission to commence the study in the labour suite of the Department of O&G Hospital Serdang was sought from the Clinical Research Centre (CRC) Hospital Serdang. The written informed consent was obtained from pregnant women prior to data collection if they agreed to participate in the study.
