Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical clearance was obtained from Wachemo University research and community service vice president office before data collection. Official letter was written to Wachemo University Nigist Eleni Mohammed Memorial Referral Hospital to get permission. Then formal letter was written from medical director of Wachemo University Nigist Eleni Mohammed Memorial Referral Hospital to record office. Finally, the hospital record office gave us permission to collect required data. However, informed consent from study participants was not required because the nature of the study was extracting & analyzing the existing data, which posed minimal risks to the study subjects. Nonetheless, data collectors maintained confidentiality through excluding names or any other personal identifiers from data collection sheets and reports.
