Ethics approval and consent to participate

: Ethical clearance was obtained from Haramaya University, College of Health and Medical Sciences, Institutional Health Research Ethical Review Committee (IHRERC). Sufficient explanations about the study and support letter was given for each hospital administrators. Moreover, this study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki [CitationRef removed], and participants were informed about the objectives of the study. Furthermore, written informed consent was obtained from each study participant before the commencement of the actual data collection. To maintain the confidentiality of information gathered from each study participant, code numbers were used throughout the study.
