Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The research permit for the study was obtained from the Helsinki and Uusimaa Hospital District (Ref March 2018) and the Social Services and Health Care Division of Helsinki (Ref April 2018). In Finland, an ethics review statement is not required for scientific research including solely register data (Finnish National Board on Research Integrity TENK, ExternalRef removed). Processing of personal data without an informed consent of participants is permitted by law when conducting scientific research (Data Protection Act 1050/2018, ExternalRef removed). All methods in the research were performed in accordance with the guidelines of the Finnish National Board on Research Integrity TENK and the legislation.
