: Ethical approvals were sought and granted from the University of Liverpool Research Ethics Committee [ref:- IPHS/7630]. An interview method was utilised in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations, with all interview schedules having been approved by the Research Ethics Committee. Fully informed electronic consent was obtained from all study participants approximately 24 h before interviewing, via Qualtrics e-mail link. Verbal, audio recorded consent was also taken before the commencement of each interview to ensure the participant was still happy to participate in the current study. Participants were made aware of their right to withdraw and were fully debriefed after interviewing.
