After advice from the CECIC ethics committee (Comité d’Ethique des Centres d’Investigation Clinique) of the Rhône-Alpes-Auvergne inter-région, we attest that ethics approval is not necessary for current study, according to French regulations.All of the experts who participated in the Delphi method were clearly informed of the purpose of the study, its risks and benefits.
