: Since the study was a secondary data analysis of publicly available survey data from the measure DHS program, ethical approval and participant consent were not necessary for this particular study. We requested DHS Program and permission was granted to download and use the data for this study from . Permission was obtained to use the EDHS data from the Measure DHS international program.
